Stayed my second time at this very nice new hotel, while participating at the Vinyl Record Show in their conference center. The convenience of doing check-in, through the app , as well as using my phone as room key, really streamlined of my experience and saved valuable time. I actually never once went to the front desk on this visit, and was able to check out without having to leave my booth at the show. I did meet some of the staff who came to my booth, including Taylor from the front desk. They were very nice and helpful. I look forward to my next stay there!

Without Google maps, it would have been difficult to navigate the path to this property. It is lovely, clean, and well-maintained. Seems to have ample parking. When we arrived, a wedding was taking place, yet there was still enough parking to be found. The front desk staff were never unkind, but not as hospitable as most Hilton Garden Inn locations. The restaurant staff was the same; efficient, but not friendly. The food was not with the price. HOWEVER, it was probably near the end of a long shift, so it might not be the norm. Room: Hilton mattresses seem to be "slipping" in quality. The two "biggest" issues with the room were (1) the window shades don't block out light around the edges so it's never totally dark, and (2) the sliding barn door on the bathroom was not leveled so it would not stay closed.

Stayed for one night as last minute option because of an issue with our house. Meets the high standard of quality of the Hilton brands. Easy check in process and our rooms were quite comfortable for our one night stay. Didn't use any of the amenities due to our short stay. However the convenience of the hotel bar/grill would be nice for longer stays and there are several fast food places nearby. I am local resident so I probably won't stay there again. However it is highly recommended for travelers for its close proximity to I35 and if you have an event at the Edmond Conference Center.

Stayed here with my little family and the Staff was very friendly. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean and my girls really enjoyed the breakfast. Its in a great location with several things to do nearby. We plan to return soon!

Clean, spacious rooms at a clean, spacious hotel. Ideally located for my travel needs and contains great amenities. What truly made my experience superb was Courtney at the front. He was such a pleasure and made sure I was comfortable, happy, felt welcomed each time I stayed at this hotel. Thank you for a memorable stay! I will always choose this Edmonton location when I’m in town just to see his smiling face.

Really great hotel, some of the staff wasn't the friendliest, but others made up for that. The bartender Michaela was really excellent and on her toes, as well as a girl Sara, both did excellent jobs. Great location, lots of amenities. Will def stay here again.
